This privately run hotel has recently been completely renovated.
There are 2 restaurants with a terrace on site, a cosy lobby bar and 8 event rooms for up to 150 persons. Guests can use the sauna, steam room and fitness room free of charge. We offer massages, a solarium and bike rental at an additional cost.
In the apartment building of the hotel you will find shops, a supermarket and a hair dresser as well as a launderette.

All rooms enjoy a quiet location on a side street and are ideal for relaxing in after an eventful day. In the summer the sunscreen between the glass window panes ensures a cool temperature in the room.

Begin the day from 06:30 until 10:00 with a hearty buffet breakfast in our Wintergarten restaurant.
From 12:00 you can also have lunch there or at Residenz-Treff bistro, which serves regional and international specialities. If the weather is nice you can also eat outside on both terraces.
During the months of May and June as well as in September, October and December, we have weekly speciality buffets every Friday evening.

The hotel enjoys a tranquil but central location only 10 minutes by car or public transport from the historical city centre. The tram or bus stop is located 200 metres from the hotel.
The Dresden-Altstadt motorway exit is 1.5 km from the hotel and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car via the A4 motorway.

Exit A4 at "Dresden Altstadt" and take Meißner Landstraße towards city centre (Stadtzentrum). Fork right (signposted Pirna/Prag) at first main set of traffic lights after the "Aral-Service-Station". Mobschatzer Straße is first on the right. Follow Hotel-Information-System Route "D" (yellow). Exit A17 at "Dresden-Gorbitz" and take B173 towards city centre. Fork left at Gottfried-Keller-Straße then fork right at Mobschatzer Straße.
