Cancellation Policy:	If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:	All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 6 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 22.50 per night and person for extra beds.
