Helpful staff. Clear and useful instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport.
For a tourist, it is too far from the city centre - one usually has to take the tram rather than walking straight out of the hotel.

The staff was great. The location is perfect. Bed was comfortable and the room a nice size and clean.
This hotel has not been renovated since I stayed there nearly 10 years ago when it was a Crowne Plaza Hotel. Furnishings and carpets were worn and outdated. Water regulator in the shower did not work resulting in constant fluctuations in the water temperature. Elevators were slow and some out of service. Internet never worked in my room. No room safe and refrigerator/ mini bar did not work.
