The views, the pool and the generally efficient and polite staff
Restrictions on swimming times and access to spa facilities for our well-behaved and responsible 11 year old daughter and a member of staff suggesting that her presence would disturb other residents.

Great breakfast.
Evening meal was average quality/value. Excessive streetlighting at night from carpark and the centre still penetrates the 'lightproof' curtains. Bar area should be separate from dining area and is more like a night club.

The bar was a nice place to relax and service was good.
The reception area was rather bland and cold. The car park was small and expensive compared with the public car park next to it, which only cost £5.00.
The bathroom floor seemed to have had stains that had been there for some time. The desk surface was dusty and a cup stain was on there.

Warm rooms and good breakfasts
There was one chair broken in the massage room and it was extremely busy, with people staying on the chairs far too long!

Comfortable beds and good situation for the purpose of our visit
We found that the noise from the air conditioning unit too noisy to sleep even when turned off. We had to resort to ringing the night staff at 3am to see what could be done and because they were unable to resolve the noise issue offered to move us to another room. We eventually declined the offer as we didn't want to have to move all our belongings. We found the night staff very helpful but we managed very little sleep and it spoilt our stay at St.Davids.We were promised a call from your hotel manager but didn't receive one which I find very disappointing.Our visit to Cardiff for what was a special occasion was great as was the concert at the Millennium center.
