Convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable.
The temperature of the room was slightly cold in the morning but it wasn't that uncomfortable since I am going to have a nice hot shower, unfortunately the temp, of the water from the shower has been set to a maximum which was not hot enough for my need which let me leave much colder than when started and annoyed.

The ease and access from the motorway system was very good, the staff were polite.
There was a couple argueing and physically assalting each other in the room next door during the small hours of the night. There was an appology from the staff but no recompense or offer of reduction to the rate. This spoilt our break and we very much doubt if we will book again.
