The staff were efficient and cheerful and, best of all, greeted everyone with a smile. They appear to enjoy their job which makes for a fine atmosphere.
We have been using the hotel for several years now and the decoration is getting a little tired. That is not a complaint: it is merely to suggest that a more modern wallpaper in the rooms would improve the experience of staying.

Quiet peaceful and comfortable rooms. Very freindly and helpful staff. Good location near the bay and city centre. Rooms clean, tidy and quite large. Staff made it enjoyable by their friendliness and eagerness to help. Diolch yn fawr.

Firstly i would like to apologise for the late review.
Icould not fault your hotel in any way at all,the staff were all very polite and very helpful.The rooms are excellent and very clean and comfortable.This is the second time i have stayed at the future inn and would recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in cardiff.

The breakfast was over priced and not very warm. It looked as though the cooked food had been out under 'hot lamps' for some considerable time, the eggs hard and the bacon very cool. Not impressed.
