Smoke comes into room through the air conditioning. Really bad. This has happened before when I stayed there. So I will not be staying again until it is fixed.

The location, breakfast was nice and warm abit expensive.
A member of staff was very rude and abrupt with us.

I dont think its right to charge an extra £3.00 for parking my car. thius was never the case before . and i may consider using another hotel as much as i dont want to - ive always used this hotel - its just the principle of it all.
