Main reason for choosing Hotel Indigo Birmingham: Location
The view's from the top floor restaurent & bars over the city. Spot on
For the price, we all felt that the rooms were very small (not expected for a king excecutive rooms) small double beds, far too soft.
Cheap tea and coffee (Mal Maison far superior)nescafe satchet against filter coffee, no chocolate drink, biscuits & only uht milk.
Breakfast choice was beaten hands down by the Mal, especially the continental options
We were locked out after an evening in town, the reception staff shouted at us from behind the desk, too walk around to the rear entrance,where a large que gathered for the lifts to the roof bars, we had to show room keys for the lift.
It may sound like nit picking, but for the cost, more effort needs too be made
