Hotel information: The hotel building was created between 1995 and 1997 by the Italian architect Aldo Rossi, who was a professor at the University of Venice. In 1990, Rossi was the first Italian to win the International Pritzker Prize for Architecture, and he was also a member of the Accademia di San Luca (the Academy of Saint Luke).

Room information: In addition to the listed facilities, many of the rooms offer a balcony or terrace.

Food & beverage: Our snack bar "Checkpoint Bar" is open from 17:00 until 01:00.

Important information: This oasis of calm, directly located in the centre, was created by Italian architect Aldo Rossi. The hotel offers a breakfast restaurant, wine garden, bar, solarium, sauna and sundeck as well as warm coloured rooms in blue, yellow and orange. The hotel garni (breakfast-only hotel) is located in the historic town centre and offers 135 spacious rooms (~30m²) suites and apartments, which mostly feature a balcony.
Our 7 family suites are each 64m² in size and offer two separate bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 people. Berlin's main tourist attractions are easily accessible due to the central location of the hotel. It is only 200 metres from the Kochstrasse (U6), Stadtmitte (U2/U6) or Friedrichstrasse (U6)underground stations.

Cancellation Policy:	If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:	All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:	VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
