It was our second stay at the California and our fourth visit to Berlin. We love the city and find the hotel ideally situated being on the Ku'damn. This time we had a "superior" room with balcony. Other friends who were with us, thought our room excellent also.

The price and the location of the hotel.
The room size and TV are very small. The TV was very hard to watch, because of the resolution of it was bad. Also, the wifi is not free. Usually, most 4 star hotels have a free access to wifif for their customers.

Normal middle European tourist hotel
Pleasant staff and generally a good choice for sleeping nights.
The wall-to-wall carpet caused allergic reactions.
In a room for three persons the third bed was not good enough
