Keys should be collected at the Boutique Hotel Barcelona (145 Carrer de Pau Claris, Entrance 1). It is open 24 hours a day.
All guests are required to provide a credit card number for a pre-authorization of a security deposit of EUR 300 per apartment on arrival. This will be automatically cancelled on departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Cleaning:
Cleaning service is not included: EUR 50 per apartment and stay. Bed linen, duvets and towels are included in the price.
