Ciutadella Park Apartments

This modern building houses 36 apartments for up to 6, 8 and 10 people. The apartments for up to 6 people include 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and one kitchen.

The apartments for up to 8 people contain a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one kitchen. The apartments for up to 10 people feature a living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one kitchen.

Please note that in the apartments for up to 6 people, the living room is inside one of the bedrooms.

All of the apartments are self-catering as they are equipped with a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals.

Situated in close proximity to many of the main monuments, commercial and tourist areas of the city, this modern building is conveniently located in the area of Parque Ciutadella, a few steps from the old town and the beach. From here, you will be able to visit all the main attractions on foot such as La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera and, of course, the sea and the harbour.

A 5 minute stroll to the east and you will find yourself next to the sea, on the most popular beaches of the Villa Olympica. Alternatively, if you go south, you will encounter the famous Ciutadella Park, the largest park in the city which was constructed for the Universal Exhibition in 1888 and home to the zoo and several museums.

In addition, the apartments are in the near vicinity of restaurants, cafes and bars, including a fine selection of seafood restaurants that can be found in the Passeig Maritime a short walk away.

Payment and Arrival Information:
At check-in you are required to provide a credit card for a pre-authorization of a EUR 300 deposit. This is automatically cancelled after verification of the apartment's condition. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).

Important: keys are delivered to Boutique Hotel Barcelona, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1. It is open 24 hours a day.

Cleaning service is not included in the price.

Once the reservation is made, the apartments will contact you by email to arrange a time and a place for payment and key collection. Therefore, it is crucial that the email given when making the reservation is correct.

Please Note: using the premises for large social gatherings and parties is not permitted.
