Apartamentos Allada

A minimum stay of 2 nights is compulsory.

There is a daily cleaning service,and complete cleaning 2 days a week, including a change of bed linen and towels, for stays of longer than than 7 nights.

These new, studio apartments have been furnished in a modern style. They consist of one bedroom with one queen-size bed and a double sofa bed.

Payment Information:
Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card provided and charge a 25% deposit to guarantee the reservation. The rest is payable upon arrival, subject to the presentation of a valid credit card. At check-in you are required to pay EUR 150 deposit with a credit card. Please ensure you bring a valid ID document (e.g. passport).

Arrival Information:
Important: Please call the number that appears on your confirmation email 48 hours prior to arrival, in order to confirm you arrival time and the address to pick up the keys. It is imperative that you provide a phone number or email where you can be contacted at all times.

Key Collection:
The address at which you collect the keys will depend on the time and date of your arrival.

Monday to Friday:
09:00 - 19:00 - Apartments Allada (Calle Allada y Vermell nº 6-8)
19:00 - 23:30 – Apartments Aramunt, (Calle Muntaner n° 60)
23:45 - 09:00 - Hotel Balmes, (Calle Mallorca n° 216).

Saturday and Sunday:
09:00 – 23:30 – check in and reception, Aramunt apartments (Calle Muntaner n° 60).
23:45 - 09:00 – reception only, Hotel Balmes (Calle Mallorca n° 216).

Public Holidays:
24 hours reception and check in - Hotel Balmes (Calle Mallorca n° 216).
Public Holidays in 2008:
01 and 06 Jan, 21 and 24 Mar, 1 and 12 May, 24 June, 15 August, 24 Sept,12 Oct, 01 Nov and 6, 8, 25, 26 Dec.

For reservations of more than 4 rooms, a prepayment is required:
Once the reservation has been made, the hotel will get in touch with the customer to agree on how to process the prepayment.
