Situated next to the gondola, the hotel offers a variety of apartments on 4 floors. 24-hours reception in operation. You can get additional services (liable to charges) like ski storage, a daily card for the spa centre, an underground car park and many others. The spa daily card gives you unlimited access to a sauna, a steam bath, jacuzzi, mini cold pool and gym. After a nice evening in the spa you can enjoy a drink at the comfortable lobby bar.You may also enjoy a nice sunny winter day in the garden on the unique hand-crafted wooden benches.

All apartments are furnished to high standards, have a bathroom, separate bedrooms, spacious living room and dining space. Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. You can also look at many decorative wooden features, such as intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden panelled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments. To facilitate your food choice, we have a fully-equipped kitchenette with the sense of a home-like atmosphere. The multichannel TV set is also there for your entertaining.

Mountain Residence 3 is a self-catering apartment hotel operating on an accommodation-only basis. However, we do offer hot and cold drinks at our comfortable lobby bar on the ground floor. We can also provide a breakfast package upon request.

The hotel is located only approx. 200 metres away from the gondola station. It is very close to the main Pirin Street, a number of taverns and restaurants. The newly opened skating ring is right opposite the hotel. No construction work in the surrounding area.

The distance form Sofia to Bansko is approximately 160 km. Once entering Bansko you have to get on to the main Pirin Street;
- drive up to the third traffic light
- turn right
- take the first right again - it will lead you straight to Mountain Residence 3.
