The hotel is made up of 20 apartments, 16 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom. Many of the apartments include a fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for stays for either one person or a whole family. The outdoor area consists of a children’s playground and small common area for relaxing outdoors.

The entrances can be easily reached through 2 main doors which are fire & safety secured.

The Apartments boast many decorative wooden features, such as intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden paneled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments.

Main rooms have laminated parquet and painted/latex walls, corridors and kitchen boxes are with terracotta, window panes are PVC. All apartments have boilers.

All apartments have fully equipped kitchens combined with a dining space.

The residence is close to the centre of town where many restaurants are available.

Barbecue facilities are available in the garden.

Bansko ski resort is situated in South-western Bulgaria, and is only 160km from Sofia. Situated in the foothills of one of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, which is a national preserve and is included in the World Natural Heritage list.

The skiing conditions in Bansko are excellent. The Pirin mountain is predominantly Alpine in character with three peaks towering above 2900 metres. However the slopes offer runs and tracks for all levels of skiers, novice through to expert.

The town itself attracts visitors all year round with its cultural monuments, museums, nightlife and restaurants.

- Enter Bansko through its main street, Patriarch Evtimij.
- Follow Glazne Street along the city river channel.
- Both buildings are on the left, opposite the Glazne Hotel.
