There are 8 allocated parking spaces in front of the building, available for use free of charge on first come first serve basis. Underground garages are available for use at EUR 5 per day. There is also a ski/snowboard equipment storage on the ground floor.
A modern Spa & Sports centre is also at the development with a sauna, jacuzzi, steam-room and gym. There is a small fee to use these facilities.
During the ski season the hotel runs it's own complimentary ski-bus for guests who do not want to walk to the first station of the Gondola lift.

Each apartment has a lounge with folding sofa-bed and a cofee table, TV with international channels (inclusive Europsport, BBC, CNN, MTV, etc.).
The single bedroom apartments will suit 2 people, but can have a maximum of 4 people (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room).
The two-bedroom apartments are for 4 people but can sleep a maximum of 6 people and the three-bedroom apartments can accommodate easily 6 people and a maximum of 8 people when using the sofa bed.
Most of the apartments have mountain views, the ones facing south have beautiful views to Pirin (the mountain of Bansko).
