A new hotel, opened in 2005, situated in the city centre next to the city's main streets and just metres from the historical old quarter and the Aviles estuary.

The hotel is situated right in the city centre, a few metres from the historic centre of Avilés, close to the Teatro Palacio Valdés, the town hall and the marina.

By Car:
- Take the A-66 motorway towards Avilés.
- Then take the Avenida de Gijón (AS-19) and then the Avenida Marqués de Suances.
- When you have entered the city, head towards the centre via Calle del Muelle, Calle Ruiz Gómez and finally Calle Llano Ponte, where the hotel is located.
Parking:
The hotel does not have a car park, but parking is available for an additional charge in a public car park on Plaza de España, which is just 200 metres from the hotel.

For reasons beyond our control, our bar will be closed from the 26th July, and our Restaurant from the 14th August.
