Main reason for choosing Grand Hotel Passetto: Location
The staff are very friendly and helpful; the location is great and the views from the balcony are wonderful
I think it would be better if they offered some kind of food (apart from breakfast). We arrived around 9 on Saturday evening feeling a bit tired after travelling and did not want to go out to find a restaurant. But there was no possibility of even getting a sandwich in the hotel. We stayed in the hotel three years ago and thought it was wonderful. I felt this time there was a slight decline in standards. We were given only a couple of plastic containers (admittedly in addition to a couple of glasses) and on one occasion even one of those was broken. Also why are there are no shower curtains in the bathrooms? It is impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom
