An established family resort ideal for all ages and situated close to the long sandy beach of Alcudia. The resort is also ideal for cyclists, golfers (with 2 golf courses nearby within a radius of 5km), and hikers with a local area that offers a wide-range of activities. The extensive complex consists of 17 separate buildings surrounded by large green areas, swimming pools and a lake. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped.
A 3-minute boat trip takes you from the hotel to the beach. On site entertainment is also provided and in addition there is an extensive array of options found in the local area, comprising of restaurants, bars, go-karting, water-parks, sailing and an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The local town of Alcudia is of historical interest with its Roman ruins and ancient walls and provides traditional street markets. Renting a car gives you access to the multiple attractions found on the Island.
The resort is an ideal, safe and relaxing location ideal for enjoying the sun or partaking in a game of your favourite sport.

The 1468 rooms are distributed over 17 buildings.
There are studios are approximately 40 m² , the 1 bedroom apartment are approximately 55 m² and the 2 bedroom apartments are approximately 70m².
All the rooms are spacious, have twin beds, satellite TV (some channels have a charge) and a well-equipped kitchen.
Is it possible to have garden, lake, pool or mountain view on request, and subject to availability.

Guests can choose self-catering, bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive. The apartment complex is just a 10 minute drive from the very centre of Alcudia and only 800 metres from the beautiful beach and a 5 minute walk from the popular Calle Dollar. Transfers by boat are available. The resort is large and the distances stated are from the resorts entrance.
The city of Palma de Mallorca is 65 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport in Palma de Mallorca is 72 km away.

By Car:
- From the airport take the motorway to Palma, towards Inca-Port d’Alcudia.
- Before arriving in Alcudia take the roundabout (right) to Port Alcudia-Artá-Can Picafort.
- After 200 metres turn right again.
- After 500 metres take the second exit on the left-hand side.
- Follow this road for 200 metres (Avda Pedro Mas y Reus, or “Dollar Street”). The Bellevue complex is on the right-hand side.
