The complex is located in the quiet touristic residential area of Callao Salvaje, part of the Costa Adeje area, in the south of Tenerife.

The area offers a very high level of security, little traffic and an excellent climate all year round. Within the area you can find shops, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and other services.

Just 300 metres from the coast, 3 km from the 27-hole golf course of Costa Adeje, and 8 km from the busy international touristic area of Playa de Las Américas.
